ORGANIZER Conditions for Ordering, Purchase, Return and Cancellation The online travelling site www.organizer.com.tr/hotels owned by the ORGANIZER (hereinafter called the "Organizer") works on the online traveling platform under the following terms and conditions. The guests, who buy services (hotel accommodation, tours, cruises, rent a car) from the Organizer, are obliged to pay the total fees and charges in accordance with the booking terms and conditions. The Organizer may not be held responsible in case of any possible cancellation or change of conference and similar activities as well booking days by the Turkish Competition Authority. Any possible changes in and cancellation of any services bought from the Organizer should be notified through the e-mail address gurkan@organizer.com.tr. The Organizer would assume no responsibility or liability in case of any possible troubles and problems to arise out of failure in properly serving a notice. Upon booking with and payment of the applicable fees and charges to the Organizer, the guests would be entitled to restitution up to 75 percent, 50 percent and 20 percent of the service charge (tour fees) except the visa and transportation rates in case of cancellation 30 to 20 days, 20 to 10 days and 10 to 7 days before the date of departure respectively for any reason, except force majeure events like death, unexpected disease, etc., while the Organizer would not refund or restitute any payment in case of any cancellation later than 7 days before the date of departure, or failure in attendance or participation in tours, or entering the hotel . In cases where an organization is terminated by the Authority, any prepaid fees and rates are restituted by the Organizer within 15 days. The Organizer may not be held responsible for any possible last minute changes in the schedules of the transport vehicles (airplane, vessel, train etc.) deployed in the travelling programs. The passengers are obliged to get contact by phone with the travel agency to get a confirmation at the latest 2 days before the date of congress activity, and be available at the point of appointment at the specified time. Otherwise, the Organizer may not be held responsible or any consequent problems. The guest are responsible of any increase in the transport charges and applicable taxes and duties, or imposition of new ones till the commencement of congress activities, and any taxes, duties and similar charges payable by the tourists in accordance with the laws and regulations of the countries to be visited. In case of failure in getting the necessary consular visas, or late cancellation of booking for any reason, any possible charges and payments to be invoiced to or imposed on the Organizer by the transport companies and accommodation facilities for no-show and income loss will be collected from, and paid by the guests. As the hotel managements will have the option to make any refund of the booking charges in case of an early leaving from the accommodation facilities, no claim or objection may be raised against the Organizer in such cases. In cases of tour activities organized and scheduled by the Organizer, the place/seat numbers are automatically arranged and appointed before the date of departure by the system on the basis of the order of booking. However, the Organizer reserves the right to change the place/seat numbers if necessary for any reason (e.g. bodily handicap, illness and disability, etc). The guests buying services/accommodation from the Organizer’s programs may also provide and buy such additional services or facilities as the optional individual accident risk insurance, travel insurance and other travel securities like the Assistcard from or through the Organizer. Should the guests not buy any insurance package from or through the Organizer, the Organizer may never be held responsible or liable for any consequent risks. The passengers have a luggage quota for 20 kilograms in the air transport packages, and any possible additional freight charges for any cargo heavier than the said limit will be for the passenger’s account and expense. Against any possible baggage loss in the course of activities within the accommodation and transfer package purchased from the Organizer, the guests hereby agree and accept the liability on their own baggage and personal things. This Contract has been made and signed to determine the scope of the services to be rendered to the guests, and may not be deemed to be an invoice or payment slip. Though the Organizer does its best to select the most reliable and elective partners in domestic and international activities, it may not assume any liability on the services to be supplied from, or rendered by such partners. The Organizer may not be held responsible for any possible troubles or problems to arise out in the course of electronic order processing, nor may it assume any liability to notify the customers of guests of such troubles or issues.
